1. This is an internal tool provided by High Point Accounting & Advisory

2. Users must be authorized employees/contractors

3. Tool is used to export QuickBooks Online data for bookkeeping/accounting purposes

4. Users may not share credentials or unauthorized client data

5. High Point may update or discontinue the tool

6. User agrees to comply with confidentiality obligations
